Fat City is located in Little Italy, Toronto, Canada. The kitchen serves contemporary interpretations of classic cajun and creole New Orleans inspired dishes. The bar serves up a playful and historical cocktail list of punch bowls, hurricanes, scorpion bowls, trusty legends like the old fashioned and the sazerac, and the city's sexiest absinthe selection.
Fat City's interior, takes its cues from the legendary watering holes and jazz clubs of Bourbon Street and the French Quarter. A roster of ever talented local and international New Orleans style jazz, funk, soul and blues bands grace the floor shake the rafters for the ultimate intimate live music experience.

Oscar Peterson Award winner, Carl Bray has been named one of Canada’s rising star pianists by CBC Radio. Throughout his career, he has had the privilege of performing for the Governor General of Canada, and has shared the stage with icons such as Don Thompson, Terrance Blanchard and Chris Potter. Bray has recently returned to Toronto after graduating with honours from UCLA’s Film Composition program, where he expanded his influences to the classical and cinematic realms. His compositions show a strong appreciation from the golden eras of jazz and the exciting world of film music.

Take an energetic blues sound, mix it with a modern edge, throw in four magnetic personalities, and you'll have the powerhouse band that is Sons of Rhythm. The group, comprised of bassist and vocalist Mick Maratta, guitarist Federico Luiu, pianist and saxophonist Anthony Brancati, and drummer Mike Carbone, has made a name for itself on the Toronto music scene with their unique sound and lively performances. Sons of Rhythm captivates audiences with their creative arrangements of old standards as well as catchy, energetic originals. They have already had several notable performances under their belt such as opening for British Blues Guitarist of the Year Matt Schofield as well as winning runner-up in the 2016 Toronto Blues Society Talent Search.
